This consultation is designed for schools, early childhood programs, childcare organizations, and educational leaders interested in creating customized professional development experiences for their educators, administrators, and support staff. During the consultation, we will discuss your organization’s goals, staff needs, current challenges, and the areas you would like your professional development workshop to address. Workshop topics may include educator wellness and burnout prevention, social-emotional learning, classroom management, inclusive classroom strategies, educator and administration unity, effective communication, team building, employee retention, positive workplace culture, family engagement, behavior management, staff morale, and strengthening collaboration between educators, administrators, and support staff.
