Soil, Seed, Water, Sunlight, and Flower bud. Each phase is important in helping clients create a solid and realistic plan and goal. New business? Revamping a current business? Book with Jus Honna Blooming Business Boutique and bloom to your fullest potential. 1) Business Plan (Business Proposal if needed by the state) 2) Three Business Letters (Sponsorship, Letter of Introduction, and Partnership) 3) Business Launching Preparation ($800 by itself) *Business (LLC) or Non-Profit Setup *Business (LLC) or Non-Profit Filing *Business (LLC) or Non-Profit Operation Agreement *Business (LLC) or Mission Statement *Bylaws *Filing for S-Corp election (if applicable) *Assistance with sales tax permit or state tax ID *SAM.gov or DUNS number registration (if applying for federal contracts or grants) DISCLAIMER: The program does not include filing fees; clients are responsible for their state's filing fees. However, I will provide them with the cost requirements for the state. 4) Three Grant Submissions from our Database of grants that align with the organization's mission and funding goals. 5) Two Page Website Design (WIX or GoDaddy Only. Does NOT include domain or webhost fee) I will complete all necessary paperwork to obtain a business entity status for you. You will need to submit the paperwork and pay the required fees. I do not submit the paperwork for you unless hired to do so. I complete the application and saved it in your account. All you will do is log in and submit if applicable. 30-day turnaround for project completion (this does not include the timeframe from the state to approve the business entity)
